The trust layer
for AI.
Silicon-rooted. Verifiable. Sovereign-deployable.
Ziru Labs roots artificial intelligence in verifiable silicon. The primitive is the trust layer for AI: a hardware-rooted verification substrate where the authenticity of AI computation becomes cryptographically demonstrable at the physical layer. Project Phoenix is the security-domain launch of this primitive, addressing the physical-extraction, bus-level-interception, firmware-compromise, and hardware-enforced-governance threat classes that sit outside the reach of existing software and trusted execution environments.

Initial codifications across federal, EU, NATO, IEEE, and ISO/IEC publish between late 2027 and late 2028. Once codified, reference implementations rarely move.
Ziru Labs engages now across five parallel standards processes: Section 1513 · Article 40 · NATO STANAG · IEEE P3109 · ISO/IEC SC 42.
